Omg, so good! I refrigerated it to harden it a bit and used a piping bag to layer between two snickerdoodle cookies. To die for!

Tasty. I added 2 tsp lemon juice instead of 1. Also added 2 tsp cream. thks for recipe.

Came out fantastic and very similar but I also had to add extra lemon to get it more closer with that extra lemon flavor. Will make again.

so easy to make and delicious. i used it as a cupcake icing and just adding a half teaspoon of almond extract that i had on hand to flavor it up a bit more. made for a much lighter icing than heavy buttercream.
