- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (it does make it a little spicy, if you like more mild add 1/8 tsp)
- chicken (Steaks, I used 1 Flat Iron Steak 2-3 lbs. You can use, if you want.)
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 dash salt (and pepper)
