Made this since I had everything on hand already. It turned out fairly well. After reading reviews left on the directions page I used coke zero instead of dr pepper since thats what I had. It ended up being a slightly sweet shredded pork with a little spice from the peppers and cayenne to balance it out. I'd potentially make it again.

this recipe was really delicious, my husband and kids love it . I don't have a slow cooker so I cooked the pork on high in a pot but I make sure to watch very carefully. it was fully cooked and ready to shred after 3 hours. I put all the ingredient and cooked again for 20mn. I didn't add more sugar because the Dr Pepper made it already sweet.

Super yummy! Easy recipe to follow and tastes great in the end and for left overs
