- 6 Tbsp. stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 3/4 cup baking stevia or erythritol)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (or 1/2 cup brown rice flour, oat flour, or cake flour)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup egg whites (4 large, or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup cashew butter (or 3 tbsp. vegetable oil or coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 8 Oreo cookies (mini, or Glutino cookies, wheat-free dairy-free Newman-O's, crushed)
- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese (or reduced fat, whipped, dairy-free, or Neufchatel cheese)
- 4 oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

- 1/2 cup stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 1 cup baking stevia or erythritol)
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract (optional)
