- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (or 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, oat flour, brown rice flour, gluten-free blend)
- 2 Tbsp. stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 1/4 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend (optional, can use 2 tbsp. brown sugar, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup, or pancake syrup... use less water if substituting syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup cashew butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or butter, ghee, or water)
- 1 Tbsp. syrup (VitaFiber, or pure maple syrup, sugar free pancake syrup, brown rice syrup, agave, or water)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. butter extract (optional)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
