The cake batter's consistency seemed good until the coffee was aded. My cakes ended up taking twice the time to cook, and were all crumbly.
That aside, it still tastes absolutely ridiculously good, and i would recommend to anyone doing this cake, jut being mindful of the cake batter's consistency.
