The cookies are very delicious. I wanted to keep using this recipe but the dough is unmanageable. It is so sticky and soft, even when refrigerated, the cutouts lose their shape. I put the dough in the refrigerator over night and took it out right before I rolled it. I even put the baking sheet with the dough cutouts in the fridge before going into the oven and the shapes still didn't hold. I had to use a ridiculous amount of flour to keep it from sticking to everything. After the second time of making these I decided it was too frustrating to do it again. It's too bad because they are the best as far as taste.
