- 150 grams white rice
- 90 grams minced pork
- 2 eggs (preserved)
- 2 tsp. ginger (sliced)
- salt
- 2 tsp. cooking wine
- pepper
- 2 tsp. olive oil

Directions
- put rice in a bowl; After rinsing the rice, put the rice in the pot. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and water ( about 8 times the amount of rice)
- prepare the minced pork: boil the pork in hot water for about 3 minutes. Preserve the pork with salt and cooking wine.
- Cut the preserved egg into slices or mince.
