My 12 year old daughter loves to make cheesecakes and she made this one for our family. Out of all of the cheesecakes that she's ever made, this one had the BEST crust. The directions for the recipe were straightforward for her to follow. The cake set up perfectly after leaving it sit in the oven, in the water bath, after the cooking time was complete (per the instructions.) I was unable to find Cotton Candy oil, which was a bummer, so we substituted Birthday Cake oil/extract. The cheesecake itself was so pretty when you sliced it open. It was very sweet too. A small piece went a long way to satisfy your sweet-tooth!
