Super easy, & delicious. I added an egg & crushed cashews for a more substantial work snack. I read the below comment, so cooked for a much shorter time. I agree, they weren't 'blonde'; due to choc melting.

Not great. The choc chips melted as soon as I added to the mixture so it was swirled which was not really a problem so I sprinkled extra choc chips on top. But checked on them at 18 mins and it was burnt but just about edible. Look more like brownies than blondies. Only good point is they are deliciously chewy but I wouldn't make again
