- 2 dried ancho chiles (stemmed and torn into 3-4 pieces)
- 1 chipotle chile (in adobo, roughly chopped)
- 1 onion (– Large, diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. oregano (preferably Mexican Oregano)
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper (depending on your heat preference)
- 2 tsp. salt (plus more to taste when serving)

Awesome. Needs a little fine tuning to your taste. Overall one of the better chili recipes that ive found!!!!

Delicious! Add some jalapeños to the finished bowls to make it really kick!!
