This is the Colorado Green Chili recipe I have been looking for! Absolutely delicious! I used fresh, roasted green chilis instead of canned. I also used Bush’s pinto beans with jalapeno instead of adding fresh jalapeno. The flavor is amazing. I have tried so many green chili recipes and none of them measured up to my favorite restaurant chili, but this one is fantastic. I might try shredding the pork next time, or even use ground pork. This is my go-to recipe. Thank you!
