Wow wow wow!! Incredible that you can get so much flavor from so few ingredients.

Was decent, the simplicity was great and the taste was there. I'll make it again due to the sheer simplicity - i'll probably use smaller tomatoes and one potato less. I think i had too much liquid from an abundance of vegetables - came out as less of a stew than i would have liked..
