- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 bunch collard greens (de-ribbed and chopped)
- syrup
- 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
