Coming from Alabama…Outstanding recipe! So easy for a family greens. Very healthy as well bc it allows me to add Kale and chard. I guess you could add brown sugar and bacon grease/lard if you needed to. Great base recipe.

Coming from Louisiana, this is not collard greens. The recipe was decent and we were able to pair it with some meat and enjoy, but don’t expect real southern taste from this recipe
