- 200 grams peanut
- 5 liters water
- salt (to taste, Optional)
- 500 grams prawns
- 1 shitake mushroom (pkt fresh)
- 1 enoki mushroom
- 2 shimeji mushroom
- 1 carrot
- 2 leek (large)
- 1 broccoli (cut out the florets)
- 1/2 cabbage
- 2 boneless chicken thigh (Slice into small pieces, marinate with 1 dash of pepper, 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock)
- 5 baby corn
- 1 tsp. salt (as desired)
- 1 tsp. chicken stock concentrate (as desired)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (as desired)
