  • 180 milliliters vinegar (herbal)
  • 100 milliliters vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cabbage (small, thinly sliced)
  • 4 pretzels
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1/2 bunch radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • 1 bunch spring onions (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (sliced)

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, stock, oil and a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the cabbage then cover and set aside for about 20 mins.
    2. Meanwhile, fill the pretzels with a slice of cheese, radishes and 1/3 of the chopped parsley.
    3. Add the onions, pepper and remaining parsley to the cabbage mixture and serve with the pretzel sandwiches.
