Made a couple of changes. Added a touch of dry mustard. Used coconut sugar instead of white sugar and used cider vinegar instead of white. Turned out very good.

I would recommend getting a bag of shredded cabbage instead of shredding it yourself, it was difficult to make the pieces smaller and made a mess. Otherwise the flavors were great and I liked how light it turned out instead of leaving everything soggy like some other Cole slaws.
