- 3 1/2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (peeled, finely grated)
- 3 tsp. chili pepper and garlic sauce
- 1 large carrot (scrubbed well and cut into 2-inch long matchsticks)
- 1/2 English cucumber (seeded and cut into 2-inch long matchsticks)
