    Made it on a weeknight, and I'll probably use this for a cold noodle salad to take to work tomorrow. Quick and delicious! Next time, I'll try adding vegetables, using a variation for salad dressing, or adding any protein of choice (beef, tofu, chicken...) to make a meal.
