- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes (any flavor, unsalted)
- 1 drop liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup white grape juice (or apple juice)
- 2 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. organic sugar
- 3 lb. yukon gold potatoes (unpeeled & cut into 1″ sections)
- 5 Tbsp. vegan margarine
- 4 Tbsp. non dairy milk
