Added 3 big parsnips, kale and Savoy cabbage sliced extremely thin. 2 cloves of garlic grated added to greens at the end. The cabbage is chewy, but loved the whole dish. Will make again, leftovers will be made into potato patties and fried in cast iron pan.

nice and easy. - seriously - recommend getting yourself some Irish sharp cheddar and adding some to taste, it'll make this the star of your st. Patrick's day meal.

As a vegetarian, this is a great dish. Substituted vegan butter and plain almond milk to reduce fat and calories....truly delicious

Simple and tasty. I left the skins on the potatoes, since it's going to be a little chunky anyway.

Yum! Incidentally made this Irish dish on St. Patrick's day. We'll continue making this for quick and easy nights!
