- 100 grams noodles (Korean sweet potato, aka dangmyeon)
- 1 lb. potatoes (small whole, size of a baby fist. Cut into big chunks if large)
- 2 carrots (cut into 1½" chunks)
- 1 onion (large, diced)
- 7 red chillies (dried, or fresh chilies without the stem)
- 500 mL cola (preferred Coca-Cola)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger)
