These were good, but did not end up like shortbread at all, more of a ginger snap consistency. I used dipping white chocolate instead of candiquick and it really complimented them.

Did not form a dough, was very crumbly so could not roll it out pressed it into a flat tin and that worked ok. Tasty though, especially good with a cup of tea
