- 6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 chile (small jalapeño, seeded, chopped)
- 1 cup brewed coffee (strong)
- 1 cup low salt chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chili sauce (such as Heinz or ketchup)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

wow!!! that’s all i can say! we did bison back straps marinaded 24 hrs wrapped in foil and done on grill seriously best piece of meat i’ve ever had!!!
