  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

    Directions

    1. Mix the coffee, cream cheese, and Mascarpone cheese well in a bowl.
    2. In another bowl, beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy.
    3. In still another bowl, whip the cream and vanilla.
    4. Combine the 3 mixtures in a bowl and cover. Place in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
    5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
