- In another bowl, beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy.
- In still another bowl, whip the cream and vanilla.
- Combine the 3 mixtures in a bowl and cover. Place in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
