- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats (Ground Up about one cup Certified GF oats makes 3/4 cup when it's ground up)
- 1/3 cup cashews (also ground up)
- 12 dried plums (California, pulverized in my blender)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted I used my microwave)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (melted I used a microwave and melted them in 2 -30 second intervals-stirring between them)
- 1/8 tsp. salt (or a dash of)
