Turned out great. Very quick and taste like coffee cake. It has a lot of butter so I would look to modify that.

Delicious! I substituted the applesauce for half a flax seed egg ( ¹/2 tablespoon flax seeds and 1 ¹/2 tablespoons water) and it was great!

This is a great, quick recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth. As for the doughiness, it is a microwave recipe. Although I have to say for being made in the microwave, the texture is really good. Always be careful not to overly mix gluten free flour. Mix the wet ingredients first then mix in the dry until just blended. My husband and I both enjoyed it.
