Directions
- Bake the codfish slices with a pinch of salt. Remove the bones and the skin. Set aside.
- Cut the savoy cabbage and zucchini very thin, and add to the codfish with the garlic and coriander to taste.
- Prepare the vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sesame seeds, pepper, and oregano.
