Description
Tasty fish, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a zing of lemon

- 4 cod fillets (150g each)
- 4 Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon (dollops*)
- 2 courgettes
- 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. thyme

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Place the cod in an oven tray, add the cherry tomatoes with half of the thyme and olive oil.
- Bake at 170° C in a fan oven for about 20 minutes.

Nice but fairly bland in taste. Cooked it as was not feeling well so it was a good plain supper which we enjoyed but woukd not say yum
