First, that is a lot of butter. I only used 2 tablespoons and replaced the rest with chicken broth. I added just over a cup and cooked the sauce down a bit. That made it nice and light. It was tasty and a nice change from the usual grilled or fried fish.

For a very long date, I am a love of bacalhau (CODE FISH) can I say, all my life 70 years long and I love bacalhau cooked this way, it is YUMMY, it is very good and tasteful. Thanks for the memories.
