- 2 puff pastries
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- olive oil (to taste)
- 1 lime zest
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 goat cheese
- parsley (to taste)
- 1/2 pippin apple
- cider vinegar
- hummus (another recipe)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the cod for about 4 minutes, remove the bones and the skin.
- Saute with the onion, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
