I followed the recipe exactly, unfortunately I wasn't able to cut the potatoes as thin as needed to wrap the fish, instead I placed the cooked potatoes under the fish with sauté Spinach...it was very delicious! It's a lot of work, so I'll make it on date night only. 😍
