Quick and easy meal. Next time I am going to cut the salt in half and only add it to the avocado sauce. It may depend on the Cajun seasoning you use. I like salt but found this on the verge of too salty. I only needed 1 lime for the sauce. I’m not a big cod fan but found this tasty. Will definitely try it with other white fish.

Excellent! Now I have another way to cook white fish! Avocado sauce needs either less salt or more avocado but I tend to eat low sodium.
