This winter dish is a perfect companion for bread or potatoes. It features ground cod, rosemary, and garlic. The flavor is mild and tangy. It’s easy to make and only takes about 30 minutes.

- 400 grams cod (frozen)
- 200 grams olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 dash milk
- peppercorn (Ground pink)
- salt

Directions
- Cook the cod with the garlic and rosemary on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. Chop the cod and garlic slightly.
- Place the cod into a blender or food processor. Add the oil little by little along with the rosemary and garlic until smooth. Add a dash of milk to thin the mixture if necessary.
- Add the pepper and salt, if necessary. Stir to mix well.
