Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- pancakes
- 2 Tbsp. oat flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp. goji berries
- 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sweetener (Natvia, or granulated, choice)
- 1 Tbsp. Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- shredded coconut
- goji berries
- 1 chocolate sauce (serving of clean)

Directions
- Sift together oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder and Natvia.
- Toss goji berries in flour mixture. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and mix into dry ingredients. Allow batter to rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray with coconut oil and cook pancakes in batches, until all the batter has been used.
- Stack pancakes and drizzle with clean chocolate sauce. Garnish with shredded coconut and goji berries. Serve immediately.
