Good but be warned the banana takes center stage. you just get little hints of the coconut. other than that my wife, my four-year-old daughter, and myself love them. I think we had them all ate in about 20 minutes of them being cooked. would recommend trying once. good luck the batter is also a little bit tricky to get in that oil.

The coconut flavor didn't come out as much as I would like it to. this is with using coconut milk and frying in coconut oil. But still good

I hella changed the recipe because I didn't have any corn starch on hand. I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, a little bit more than 1/4 a cup of almond milk (perhaps around 2/3, I was really eyeballing it), and I used honey instead of sugar (eyeballed it again, no measurement - probably less than 1/4 cup though but you shouldn't need a lot bc the bananas are already sweet). Banana fritters remind me of home and the coconut was a great twist :)

Turned out great! I used more milk than was called for, so the dough was a bit runny. Next time I will use the exact measurements

Excellent recipe, but not sweet at all. I added maple syrup and it was delicious. I'd definitely make it again!
