  • 100 grams sugar
  • 180 grams margarine
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ginger (grated)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. Beat all the ingredients together, and form a moldable and buttery dough.
    3. Spread out the dough, and cut out the cookies.

    5. Bake at 200 C for a few minutes, until golden.
