- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk (+ 1 egg, you can freeze the white for another use or 2 egg yolks if you want your cookies more dense and chewy)
- 3/4 cup white flour (plain)
- 1/2 cup flour (wholemeal/wholegrain/wholewheat)
- 3/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (around 100g, chopped finely*)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)
