Description

- 600 mL skimmed milk
- 300 mL coconut milk
- 1 strip orange peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 400 grams cooked rice (leftover, even soggy)
- 200 mL cream
- 200 grams sugar
- ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Directions
- In a large pot, heat the milk, coconut milk, orange peel, cinnamon stick, and star anise to boiling.
- Add cooked rice, and mix well to separate the grains. Add the cream and sugar. Stop stirring, and let boil until thickened.
- Divide into bowls, or on a platter.
- Allow to cool, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
