I used honey instead of maple syrup added half tea spoon of a mix of ginger and clove plus the cinnamon gives a nice smell. It is a nice dessert or even for breakfast. Use less sweetener whatever you think to use when adding fruit.

I put fruits like mango, strawberries, and blueberries on top to serve with the tapioca pudding. It make it a lot tastier since the tapioca pudding itself was not that sweet. Next time, I will probably serve less of the pudding since they tend to be quite filling.

Pretty tasty! I mixed big and small tapioca pearls just to have a variety. Good dessert!

Good recipe, pudding is creamy and very tasty. I used one can of coconut milk and about two cups of coconut beverage with coconut flesh, also added coconut flakes and before cooling down I put thin slices of almonds on top. Looks very nice and adds a little bit of almond taste

This is a yummy tapioca recipe I doubled up and subbed coconut sugar in place of the maple syrup and it turned brown in color. I would have preferred to have it white for serving guests so I would keep the maple syrup next time

Delicious! The only thing I did different was to use 1 can full fat coconut milk and equal amount of homemade almond milk.
