This soup is AMAZING! Huge fan of the flavors and the heat. We will definitely be having this as one of our dinner “staples”

This was very tasty! Easy to make and I had most of the ingredients on hand already. The flavors and aroma were warm and delicious, the perfect dinner for a cold evening. I only had green lentils so it took a little longer to cook them. It would have been good even without the coconut milk but it was soooo good with it. We will definitely make this again and again.

Delicious! Full of flavour and with the rice it's very hearty and filling.
