it turned turn out good. i love curry so had to add a lot more, along with garlic. i used rotel hot instead if just tomatoes. more garlic too....I made it my own, served over rice.

First time took a bit longer that 40 mins, closer to an hour but tasted great and I think it'll be faster when I'm a bit more organised. Definitely will be making this again
