Lovely!I have used brown whole grain rice, coconut sugar instead of maple syrup and added cinnamon.Worked out beautiful 👌👌😍

Very tasty. A keeper in my book. I had brown rice and light coconut milk on hand. I used the maple syrup as suggested.
