Description

A gluten free crustless pie that will have you reaching for another slice. Rich with coconut flavor with a light texture, this coconut pudding pie is the perfect dessert to end the night with.

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 150 grams grated coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Grease a pie pan with margarine, and sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
    3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients, and mix well.
    4. Pour batter in pie pan, and bake for about 25 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven, let it cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, or more grated coconut.
