- 20 oz. crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)

- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (Trader Joe’s, well-mixed)
