This was enough for a double crust pie. After storing in fridge/ freezer, needed to be softened in microwave before rolling as it was too cold in winter to soften at room temp.

This recipe is one of the hardest pie crusts I’ve ever tried to make! If you don’t do everything perfectly it will be extremely crumbly and will take you hours to fix it! My husband knows how to make it well though lol

Wonderful...used this recipe many times and it never fails and tastes great! Usually.my pastry sucks so this is a compliment indeed!
