Love these cookies! They are a staple for me since I have to be dairy free for my baby. I add flax meal and nutritional yeast to make it more like a lactation cookie. I double batch it and freeze the extras as they can be put straight into the oven from the freezer. I add dried cranberries sometimes too. Make sure to follow directions on shaping and cooling! the first time I made it I flattened it and didn't cool it in the fridge or freezer... Big mistake. It was dry and crumbly.
