- 2 tsp. coffee granules (instant)
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup (honey works perfectly as well but bars will no longer be vegan)
- 4 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup brown rice (puffed, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (don't put these into the food processor!)
