I added a few ingredients. A chili sauce (3 tablespoons), some Mrs Balls chutney (3 tablespoons), 1 teaspoon of ginger spice, 1 teaspoon of turmeric spice. Braised chicken on the stovetop until slightly brown, then added the onion to brown. Then added the coconut milk. Baked in the oven at 180C for 45 minutes. Added to the flavour. Served with steamed basmati rice.

The recipe turned out nice although I experimented a bit too and added some things to it! I added a few springs of dill with the thyme and a pinch each of turmeric, paprika, and 7-spice. Also, as I transfered from a pot from the stove once I did the initial stove top steps, then moved it to a glass oven dish I layered some peas and mushrooms from can on the bottom of ths dish (added some salt, pepper, and butter) then I poured over the semi-cooked chicken and coconut milk from the pan. It all turned out yummy and creamy. It’s best eaten with rice - this time we had it with normal white buttered rice.

It turned out great. I added carrots, as suggested in another review. I also used a cast iron skillet.

This turned out delicious! I cut the recipe in half but otherwise cooked this exactly as directed. Next time I may add a few carrots to cook with it.
